Additionally, each customer is assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who is an employee of DBS, who is responsible for supervising the services provided and ensuring your satisfaction.

Yes, the crew that will be cleaning your facility is local. We have hundreds of cleaning crews throughout our service areas, and they provide services within a radius of their homes or business. Most are not traveling more than 15-20 minutes to a customer’s location.
We provide comprehensive cleaning services, including thorough dusting, scrubbing, and disinfecting of equipment to eliminate germs, viruses, bacteria, and odors. Additionally, our
services cover general cleaning for various rooms, interior and exterior window cleaning, wall mirror cleaning, and floor maintenance through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Yes, this is a common request from customers, and at your request we will have updated background checks performed on anyone who will be entering your facility, and provide those to you.
Yes, our main priority is to create and maintain a healthy, clean environment for your clients which includes a thorough approach to cleaning gym and fitness equipment in your facility.
Our service providers are professionals in the cleaning industry and have all the knowledge, experience and certifications required. We are happy to provide you with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) training certificates at your request, including Bloodborne Pathogens, Needlestick Prevention, and more.
We understand each fitness facility is unique; therefore, we collaborate closely with clients to create tailored cleaning plans that ensure their space always looks its best and all individual cleaning needs are met.
Our monthly pricing includes everything we need to perform the job to your specifications, including all cleaning equipment and supplies, with the exception of consumable supplies (paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, trash liners, etc.). However, you can purchase these consumable supplies through DBS for your convenience.
You have two main lines of communication. At your discretion, you can certainly call the leader of your crew. You will have his or her contact information, and usually they are able to accommodate small requests or minor issues on their own. However, you can also communicate with your dedicated Account Manager at DBS for any concerns or requests.
Currently DBS provides services in AZ, CT, FL, IL, MD, MA, NH, NJ, PA, RI, & TN. So yes, if your locations are within those states, we’ll be happy to service them all.
We recommend daily cleaning for gyms and fitness centers.
We can use specific cleaning products at your request, but typically we use a variety of commercial cleaning products from reputable manufacturers, including commercial-grade disinfectants and neutral floor cleaners.
We have a very basic agreement with our customers that can be canceled at any time upon 30 days notice.
